Who am I?

Hi, I’m Georgie! I’m a certified yoga instructor with a deep
passion for mindful movement and holistic well-being. I
completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2022 on the
breathtaking island of Amorgos, Greece, where I fully immersed
myself in the practice, philosophy, and transformative power of
yoga.


With a love for functional movement, my teaching style blends
strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to help students build a
deeper connection with their bodies. Whether I’m guiding a
dynamic Vinyasa flow or a grounding Hatha practice, I strive to
create a welcoming space where all levels and ages can
explore movement with intention and ease.


To me, yoga is more than just physical postures - it’s a powerful
tool for cultivating balance, presence, and self-awareness. I'm
passionate about helping others find joy and confidence in their
practice, both on and off the mat.



What I Offer

Free Trial Class

In this one-on-one session, we’ll move through a
gentle flow at your pace. Whether you’re brand new
to yoga or just getting back into it, I’ll guide you
through simple poses, mindful breathing, and
stretches that will help you feel grounded, relaxed,
and connected to your body.

I will create a calm, welcoming space where you can
just show up, move, and breathe. No pressure, no
expectations - just a chance to explore what yoga
can do for you.

If you have questions or anything you’d like to focus
on, we’ll chat before we start and make the session
exactly what you need.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa is all about connecting movement with breath
- we flow through poses in a way that feels smooth,
rhythmic, and grounding. In your session, I’ll guide you
through a sequence where we move from one pose to
the next, syncing each transition with your inhale and
exhale. It’s a moving meditation that helps you stay
present in your body and mind.

We’ll start with a gentle warm-up to wake up your
body, then move into a flow that can be as slow or
energizing as you’d like. I’ll adjust the pace to suit your
level and offer modifications or challenges depending
on how you're feeling. Whether you're brand new to
yoga or more experienced, I’ll make sure the practice
supports where you’re at.

Expect moments of strength, stretch, stillness, and
breath. And of course, we’ll wrap up with some time
to rest and reset.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a slower, more intentional style of yoga that
focuses on holding postures, deep breathing, and
mindful movement. In our session, we’ll take our time
settling into each pose so you can really feel the
alignment in your body and connect with your breath.

Unlike faster-paced flows, Hatha gives you space to
slow down and tune in - it’s all about creating balance,
strength, and calm. I’ll guide you through each posture
at a pace that works for you, offering variations and
support along the way. We’ll hold poses a little longer
to build strength and awareness, and you’ll leave the
mat feeling grounded, open, and centered.

Whether you're new to yoga or just craving a more
mindful practice, Hatha is a beautiful way to reconnect
with yourself. No rush, no pressure - just you, your
breath, and the space to move with intention.

Personalized Classes

My one-on-one yoga sessions are completely tailored to you - your body,
your goals, and how you’re feeling that day. Whether you’re brand new
to yoga, working with an injury, building strength, or simply wanting a
quiet space to move and breathe without the pressure of a group class,
this time is all about supporting you.

We’ll start with a quick chat to check in - what you’re needing, what your
energy feels like, and what you'd like to focus on. Then I’ll guide you
through a practice that’s designed to meet you exactly where you are. It
could be a slow and grounding flow, a strong and energizing session,
deep stretching, breathwork, or a little bit of everything.

This is your time to tune in, move at your own pace, and really listen to
your body - I’m just here to guide and support you along the way.

You deserve a practice that feels good, and I’d love to create that
space for you.
